Ta'widh (compensation)

1% of total outstanding amount, subject to a minimum of RM5 and a maximum of RM50 and will be imposed if the minimum payment due is not paid on the third day after the relevant due date.

Conversion for overseas transactions

The conversion rate as determined by MasterCard International plus an administrative cost of 1%.

Upon cardholder request and subject to the Bank's discretion. For every approved request or outstanding balance above the credit limit, the Bank will charge a yearly TCI fee based on type of card as follows:

Classic - RM1,200

Gold - RM3,600

Platinum - RM24,000

Note: - TCI will be capped at maximum 50% of the original credit limit. TCI charges is a yearly upfront fee upon approval payable on monthly basis. The Bank however, may at it's absolute discretion grant rebate or waive all or part of the charges.

Rebates

The Bank at its absolute discretion may grant rebate or waive all or part of the Yearly Facility Charges (YFC). The Rebate, if any, will be the difference between the YFC and total sum of the Payable Facility Charges (PFC) for each year. The PFC will vary between months but the total sum of the PFC for each year shall not in any event exceed the YFC as stated above. If the customer makes full payment on or before the stipulated deadline every month, the Bank shall not charge any PFC for that particular month as an incentive provided that no specific charges incurred during each month. The Rebate on the YFC will be subject to the Bank Negara Malaysia guideines on Credit Cards Tiered Pricing Stucture.

Government Service Tax

RM50 – Each Principal Card.

Personal Financing
